Symbolic Beach Wedding Themes in Twos

Two! Two of something to represent the wedding couple is all that is needed to create a romantic set of stationery or decor for a tropic destination, or summer wedding by the sea.

Weddings next to the sea or on the high seas (cruise wedding!) offer a lot of pretty choices for symbolism.
Just pick 2 of any of these popular beach themed items to represent the Bride and Groom: Flowers, seashells, starfish, seahorses, sand dollars, etc.

Tropical flowers are one of the first things the beach bride thinks about. Many ladies have a special, favorite flower. My daughter’s favorite flower is the Hawaiian Plumeria or Frangipani which can be dark pink, peachy coral, yellow or white and combinations of all these colors.

Seashells (including starfish and sand dollars) make a pretty looking couple as well.

Starfish, linked by the tail, swimming through the sea, is  romantic symbolism.

Hibiscus flowers and Stargazer lilies are also popular wedding choices for weddings in a tropical location.
