Easy To Customize Reception Menu Cards

custom wedding menu cards

Replace the text with yours!

Menu cards are usually provided for guests at a reception where they can view the food list and sometimes the time of day or evening they will eat.

A menu can be very simple with only a few lines of text, or it can be elaborate and extravagant in design.  The menu can contain individual guests names at the top and be used as combination seating cards / menu cards.

Because all wedding reception meals are not the same, we provide custom template cards in many sizes to represent the meal selection choices for your guests.

Each of our ♥ menu cards have text templates, and the tall ones shown here (size 4×9 inches) contain a paragraph for the main part with course listings.  This makes it easy to customize with the correct number of courses for your particular event.  My example text simply uses capital letters to divide the sections, with regular printed text for the rest.  As long as your text fits nicely within the template, you are good to go!  If you can’t get it right, we are always available to help and will add the printing for you.  And… they have images of starfish on the back also.

I’ve seen the menu printed on the Table Number cards too, and there is no need to have one menu per guest.  Place one or two nice sized menus in the center of the table for all the guests to read.  This idea will work well with a specialty menu which is framed or on a stand.

Martha Stewart shows 50 wedding menu styles on this page that range from modern and minimalistic to colorful with pressed lettering.  Maybe you will find inspiration there, or come take a look at our template cards.  They all have a tropical theme.
