The Flying Dutchman lollipop is real candy.  It is root beer flavored and the root beer is organic.  Yes, this beauty will be delicious to eat – that is, if you can bring yourself to ruin the artwork of this candy.

As with all the amazing treats offered in the Etsy shop,  Andie’s Specialty Sweets, this is another realistic depiction.

I’ve written about this sweet shop before as they also make starfish, sand dollars, seashells, sea glass, coral and sea horses out of hard candy or chocolate.

The Dutchman lollipop is quite large at 4.5 x 5 inches and comes in a set of twelve, or a smaller set of two.  They will be on a stick that is a foot long and can be used to decorate cakes among other things.
